As some of you may have noticed, I share myself in tidbits. The newest revelation is that I was born in the island nation of Barbados. It is a beautiful island with wonderful people and it is absolutely feasible to have a healthy vacation there, but I will warn you, there are also many temptations, which I succumbed to this summer!
Feel free to browse this section as I slowly build it. Some will be just Barbados-centric, but there will be parenting and health connections as well, such as keys to traveling with children.
